Back from the Jungle

First off. Thanks to everyone that was a part of our wonderful day. I'll keep this short for right now. Belize was amazing. I'll have pictures of that soon enough. Here's the link to the pics from the wedding. Geoff is amazing, I highly recommend him if you're thinking of getting hitched.

in swanky lounge

tanner and i are getting ready to depart for belize. wedding went as perfectly as could ever be expected. i did not faint. tanner did not throw up. we are now legit. hehe, as if we weren't before. i'll have tale after tale of adventures in 7 days. there has been a lot to tell already...

oh. my. lord.

this event has begun in a flurry of blood and chaos. we are okay. do not be alarmed. but if this is any indication of how the wedding will roll out, we are all in for quite a treat. sighhhh.....

only 4 days.

i have been having so many crazy emotions going through my head these last weeks. married. seems like such a distant concept sometimes, like i think "i'd like to get married when i grow up" kind of thing.
it's amazing when you realize though, that you want to spend your life with a person. it's so stupid when people say "you really wanna spend your whole life with ONE person?" like as if i'm going to get shipped off to some island never to see anyone or socialize again, only to be rules by some tyranical she-beast. sort of a takes one to know one scenario i guess. like if you've had serious, not idealistic, love you know what all the hype's about.
i couldn't imagine being happier. even the most mundane things kind of take on this extra little luster. like you're the freakin' dynamic duo of taking out the trash. quick! change the channel and keep me covered while i run out for a 6'er and save the world!!!
with only 4 days till the wedding, i'm not sweatin' the act, i'm sweatin' whether people will have fun. whether the stage won't collapse. whether i'll get a single freakin' fried oyster. whether i'll end up getting malaria even though i took the medicine. we're going to belize for the honeymoon. gonna see monkeys and stingrays and mosquitos the size of that crazy new airbus. bigger is not always better.

the big three oh

well i had a super fun birthday weekend despite the fact i was sick. damn runny nose is out of control. getting tons of stuff wrapped up on wedding details. trying to figure out where everyone is staying is tough. anyway, heard this great new band...man man. from here they're big with lots of crazy instruments like flute and they rock hard. trying to get my stuff in the Fairmount arts crawl, but they're being evasive. get back to be suckahs! here are some pics from saturday. supa fun!! went to M Room and Johnny Brenda's. wheeee....hipster overload.
